I started my path to becoming a career and life coach 3 years ago. I was working in corporate America at a job I liked, but didn’t love. As one half of a dual working family with 2 young kids (2 and 5 at the time), I was stressed out, we were all stressed out. After being hospitalized with pneumonia and a chest infection n 2016, I knew something had to change. I wasn’t spending my time doing the things I wanted with the people I wanted. A few weeks later, I left corporate America, much lighter and happier, and a year later I discovered coaching. I love talking to people about their goals, where they want to be, and how to live their best life. I love helping people find their purpose, fulfillment, and balance that is right for them.
I bring to my coaching perspectives from all my previous career experience in both the nonprofit and for profit sectors. I received my MBA from Harvard Business School in 2007 and bring this analytical and strategic side to my coaching, balance with my family "mom" side.
I believe that everyone can live their best lives and I would love to work with you to figure out what that looks like and how to make it happen.
