Cancellation Policy

Terawatt Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to any Services, including classes, sessions, services, or products purchased or ordered by a Userthrough the Terawatt Website. Any capitalized terms not defined in this policy shall have the meaning ascribed in the Terawatt Terms of Use at https://goterawatt.com/terms-and-conditions/.

  1. Payment Schedule

On ordering, the User will be chared a deposit in the amount of 10% of the total Fees owed for the Services ordered (“Deposit”).  The remaining balance of Fees (“Remaining Balance”) is owed no later than 15 calendar days in advance of the commencement of any scheduled Services.

  1. Notice of Cancellation

Customer may cancel Services any time upon written notification to Terawatt to fjain@goterawatt.com.

  1. Refunds and Credits

Full or partial refunds or credits against future Services are available as set forth in the table below.
